Confidential – Kitchen Manager

A Boston-area Mexican restaurant and bar that serves tacos, bowls, and small plates is looking for a kitchen manager who can lead a small team, place orders, schedule, keep track of prep, and expedite during dinner service. This is a 40-50 hour a week position where you will be in charge of a high volume kitchen and a small tight knit team of 5-6 other people.

The menu and recipes are already set and do not need to be changed, but any creativity is welcome for changes.

They are open for dinner 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday and are closed every Sunday and Monday. Two days off in a row and no late nights. Closed all major holidays.
