Somewhere between Boston and San Antonio, something special is about to give a little “best of both worlds” energy. InterContinental Boston’s chef Jeffrey Bianchi is teaming up with InterContinental San Antonio’s chef Jose Treviño for a three-night, four-course menu at Matria from Thursday, April 9th through Saturday the 11th.
Take a look at the menu below, which starts with stuffed Medjool dates layered with gorgonzola, goat cream, and prosciutto, then rolls into a cherry agrodolce moment with burrata. From there, it’s duck breast with grilled veggies and a cherry-grape compote bringing the main course energy, all wrapped up with a sweet finish of strawberry semifreddo. Dinner costs $99 per person and you can add an optional wine pairing for $60 or a non-alcoholic pairing for $40. Grab reservations online between 5:00 and 9:30pm, and give the restaurant a call at 617.217.5151 if you have any Qs.
