Head for Davis Square on Thursday, June 15th for your official introduction to Sông Cái Distillery courtesy of your friends at Spoke. The peeps at the beloved Somervillian wine bar will be welcoming founder Daniel Nguyen, who started the gin distillery (Vietnam’s first) in Hanoi in 2018, to chat about his hand-crafted, small batch spirits which are made with foraged botanicals, fruits, flowers and wood from the Vietnam Highlands. If you’re not familiar with Sông Cái, this is the perfect chance to chat and taste your way through their portfolio (and maybe try a few new things they’ve been perfecting).
