Drink brings the elevated Spanish art of snacking to Boston with their Pink Wine and Pintxos afternoon on Sunday, July 26th. From 12:00-3:00pm, walk-ins will find the Congress Street space transformed into a tapas bar with assorted hot and cold small plates (or pintxos) from BL Gruppo Executive Chef Michele Carter. The classic a la carte dishes, made with authentic Spanish ingredients and local bounty, will be served with chilled roses from executive wine director Cat Silirie’s curated wine list. Pan con tomate (using native heirloom tomatoes)
Bacalao
