Dinner gets a dose of suds when Loyal Nine collaborates with Night Shift Brewing for a beer-infused menu on Thursday, August 11th. Guests will be seated in the restaurant’s garden for seasonal plates incorporating local produce and brewing by-products. Think: spent grain-cured mackerel and oysters with a beer vinegar. The six-course menu comes with pairings from the Everett beermakers—like their Harborside Gose, Whirlpool Pale Ale and Citra IPA—and a founder will be on-hand for one-on-one questions.
