Tanksgiving comes early at Blue Dragon with a Boulevard Brewery beer dinner on Tuesday, November 15th. The Missouri brewers, makers of the Tank 7 farmhouse ale, will be represented as part of a multi-course prix fixe menu. Chef Ming Tsai is putting a pan-Asian twist on the traditional turkey dinner with dishes like turkey ramen and turkey confit poutine. Autumnal fare abounds, like lobster-stuffed sugar pumpkins, for pairing with brews that include the Saison Brett and Funky Pumpkin Spiced Sour Ale.
