Restaurateur Tiffani Faison and the Bubble Bath crew are bringing some backyard barbecue vibes to their swanky Back Bay spot with an all-day Independence Day party atop the citizenM hotel. On Saturday, July 4th from noon until 1:00am, the rooftop wine and Champagne bar will pair skyline views with live DJ sets, patio grilling and a menu of holiday specials.
The one-day-only spread puts a polished spin on cookout classics with everything from Mini Wagyu Dogs with a build-your-own condiment bar to Petite Prime Beef Burgers finished with roasted tomato jam, truffle cheese and a nostalgic Kraft Single. BBQ Chicken Skewers glazed with peach tea barbecue sauce and a Watermelon & Stone Fruit Salad round out the offerings, while the Fourth of July Bubble Bath Tower bundles several of the holiday dishes into a shareable feast for $59.
