Asian fare meets Michigan-made ales on Tuesday, April 16th when the folks at Blue Dragon invite their friends from Bell’s Brewery to Fort Point. Chef-owner Ming Tsai and his team of cookers are putting together six courses to pair with Bell’s beers, including a pilsner, super trendy hazy IPA (read about what’s going on with them in New England) and an amber ale. Tickets are $96 per person plus a processing fee, but they include a 20% gratuity already tacked on so you won’t need to worry about whipping out your wallet after dinner.
