Buzz-worthy Watertown chef Tim Maslow is making the move to Brookline’s Washington Square come spring. The one-time Ssam Bar cooker, who returned to his hometown to revamp (that might be an understatement) the menu at his family’s restaurant, Strip T’s, has filed a transfer of liquor license under the DBA Ribelle for 1665 Beacon Street (currently home to Tamarind Bay). Maslow, who’s keeping his eyes on the prize (which, in this case, is a March 2013 opening), was tight-lipped about the concept and the menu but we’ll let you know if we hear anything.
