After a summer that’s put Boston’s dining scene in front of the world (from World Cup visitors to Tall Ships crowds) there’s one more reason to make a reservation before the season slips away: Restaurant Week Boston is back from August 1st through the 15th with more than 100 restaurants already signed on to offer prix fixe lunch and dinner menus across Greater Boston.
Whether you’ve been meaning to book that special occasion destination or you’re simply looking for an excuse to branch out from your usual neighborhood haunts, it’s a great opportunity to explore the local dining scene. Participating restaurants will offer multi-course lunch menus priced at $27, $32 or $36 and dinner menus for $38, $46 or $55, which makes it an easy-peasy (and economical) way to check out some places you’ve had on your must-try list.
Browse the full lineup online, sort by neighborhood or cuisine and start mapping out your August itinerary. With additional restaurants expected to join the roster before opening day, it’s worth checking back to see what new restaurants are added to the mix.
