You know those super decorative Yule logs (also known as Bûche de Noël) you see all over Pinterest this time of year? Make one for yourself at the Mandarin Oriental (and bring your kids, friends, whoever is important in your life!) with help from Executive Pastry Chef Ryan Pike. On a few Saturdays during December — the 7th, 14th and 21st — you’ll have the pleasure of bringing your very own pretty French pastry to life.
