Oktoberfest at the Two Five Horses

Five Horses Tavern is getting into the spirit of the season with not one but two Oktoberfest menus. Available in addition to their regular menus at both the Davis Square and the South End locations through through Wednesday, October 4th, the offerings will satisfy all your autumnal cravings. The Davis Square location will feature a Curry Wurst Kase Kartoffelesser (say that twice!) with sliced sausage, curry ketchup, and tots, as well as Bavarian Croquettes stuffed with sausage and sauerkraut and served with Bavarian mustard. Build your own beer flight from any of the Oktoberfest features or celebrate with a German Bourbon Radler made with festbier, lemonade, and bourbon. Heading to the South End spot? Feast on Chicken Schnitzel with a Black Forest Skillet Cookie for Dessert. Wash ‘em both down with a Ten Bends Cream Puff War DIPA, a double-dry hopped beer with honey malt, lactose, and peach puree.
