Impress your Valentine with a sweet cooking class at Sofra on Thursday, February 8th. From 6:00-8:30pm, the Sweet Dreams Cooking Class will cover how to make show-stopping desserts at home. Pastry chef and owner, Maura Kilpatrick will demonstrate how to put a creative Sofra-spin on iconic desserts like panna cotta and baklava, so you can whip up a special holiday treat for you and your sweetheart. The class will cover recipes like baklava affogato, sweet cheese kunefe and panna cotta with chocolate mosaic cake. Tickets are $130 each and include a light meal and lots of desserts — make sure to snag yours before they sell out.
