You can show your true colors with your drink order during Pride Week, Pride Weekend and Pride Month – just make a beeline to any of the spots highlighted here to celebrate inclusion and equality over whichever vibrant and colorful concoctions strike your fancy. Not only are these beauties creative and delicious but more than a few are do-gooders, too with a portion of the proceeds being donated to charitable orgs like BAGLY, the Point Foundation and The Trevor Project.

1928 Beacon Hill – Dancing Barefoot

Get into the celebratory spirit of Pride with a stop at 1928 Beacon Hill. The upscale/casual Mount Vernon Street restaurant will be featuring the Dancing Barefoot, a glorious summer sipper made with Super Gay Vodka, spiced pear, Benedictine and lemon – so tasty it’ll have you primed for all sorts of Pride-y fun.

 

Bambara – Don’t Rain on My Parade

The Boston Pride parade goes off regardless of the weather, but Bambara Kitchen & Bar’s mixologist John Erdmann is hoping to win over the weather gods with Don’t Rain On My Parade. Swing through the lively lounge inside the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel in Cambridge anytime during the month of June for a taste of the bodacious blend of vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon, hibiscus ginger syrup, which is topped with Prosecco and garnished with an orchid flower. To make it taste a little extra sweet, $1 from every cocktail sold will also go to BAGLY, the Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth.

 

The Banks – The Queen Spritz

If you’re thirsty for something Pride-y in the Back Bay, The Banks has your back with The Queen Spritz. The yassified cocktail is made with Rhodium Red Vodka, Yuzu Sake, Tart Cherry and Sparkling Wine, and oh by the way Rhodium Rhode Island Spirits is women owned, queer owned and veteran owned, as well as organic and gluten free! Sip it as often as you want, too, because $1 from every drink will get donated to BAGLY, the Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth.

 

City Works Eatery & Pour House – The Rainbow Road

Bring your Pride party vibes along for the ride on your next visit to City Works in Watertown’s Arsenal Yards with The Rainbow Road. This colorful concoction blends New Amsterdam Vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry and orange juice and is picture perfect with a topper of squiggly rainbow candy.

 

Faccia a Faccia – All That Glitters

Don’t just order a vodka soda this month – it’s PRIDE. Instead, head to Faccia a Faccia for the Supergay version —their All That Glitters made with Supergay Vodka, Don Ciccio & Figli Tutti Frutti (a prickly pear/ citrusy liquor), raspberries, lime, and Fever Tree Yuzu Lime Soda. Flight Club – Pride Cocktail & Rainbow Cake

Show off your rainbow vibes with the Pride Cocktail at Flight Club. The Seaport dart-throwing destination is stirring up a mixture of Empress Gin, Ketel One Grapefruit, rose, hibiscus, lemon, egg white, and edible glitter to show their support, and you can even customize your drink with three different Pride-themed toppers. It’s the perfect complement to a slice of Rainbow Cake with creamy vanilla icing and rainbow sprinkles plus 100% of the proceeds from these specials will be donated to BAGLY, the Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth so you can have your cake (and cocktail) and eat it, too.

 

Harvest – Ms. Frizzle

Pucker up for a tangy sour beer collaboration between Harvest and Lamplighter Brewing for this year’s Pride festivities. The Cantibrignarian crews have teamed up for a special brew called Ms. Frizzle, which is a tangy sour with lemon that is a bright purple color from butterfly pea flower derived from a Columbian tea. It’s the ideal elixir to sip before hopping onto any magical party bus, but it’s also pretty fab with chef Nick Deutmeyer‘s legendary brunch.

 

Kosmos – Karpouzi

Get your Pride on in Walpole at Kosmos with a kouple of Karpouzis. Their fabulous summer cocktail blends Aperol with the sweet, juicy flavor of fresh watermelon juice and the sharp tang of lime, which makes for a perfect summer sipper.

 

Little Donkey – Rhubarbie Girl

If you’re in the mood to hit the town, fool around and go party, Little Donkey’s Rhubarbie Girl will have you feeling plastic and fantastic. Start the Pride parade day off with a bang with brunch at Oak Long Bar + Kitchen and The Lulu. The swanky spot tucked into the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in the Back Bay will be open at 7:00am on parade day and serving up sips of their Pride month cocktail made with Tanqueray gin, Piper Sonoma Rosé, strawberry, raspberry and lime to get you in the spirit. Even if you’re not an early bird you can stop in anytime throughout the month of June to give it a try and $1 from each cocktail sold will be donated to BAGLY, the Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth.

 

Patina Restaurant Group – 21 Seeds Cocktails

The Patina Restaurant Group will be celebrating Pride month with an array of specialty cocktails in partnership with 21 Seeds Tequila and GLAD. Pop in to Banners Kitchen & Tap, Hub Hall or Momosan any time during the month of June to sip your way through drinks like the Spicy Ms. Margarita with 21Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño Infused Tequila, fresh lime juice and simple syrup or the Proud Paloma with 21Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus Infused Tequila, pink grapefruit juice and club soda. The restaurants will all be making a financial distribution to GLAD, in support of their bold litigation and precedent-setting victories on behalf of LGBTQIA+ people and those living with HIV. Posto – Love is Love

You can raise a glass to all kinds of love at Posto in Davis Square. The Somervillian pizza parlor, known for its Neapolitan wood-fired pies and handmade pastas, has added the Love is Love to their cocktail list in honor of Pride Month. Pop by to try this tantalizing combination of LALO tequila blanco, agave, lime, nonino amaro & aquafaba and toast to love in all shapes and sizes.

 

Prima – Layers of Love

A big part of Pride is learning to love yourself and all its layers, and you can cheers to that at Prima in Charlestown — just order up their Layers of Love cocktail. This month’s charity drink literally looks like a rainbow in a glass thanks to fresh juices and Empress Gin, and a portion of the sales will be donated to the Point Foundation, which provides scholarships to LGBTQ students of merit.

 

The Salty Pig – Prickly Pear

Tequila always brings a little something extra to the party, so be sure to make a stop at The Salty Pig on the edge of the South End this month for their Prickly Pear cocktail. The concoction combines tequila, prickly pear shrub, lemon and simple syrup for a refreshing, summery sip that’ll keep your dancing feet moving through all of Pride Month. Not only is it tasty, but $1 of each drink sold will go to The Home for Little Wanderers in Waltham, which helps build stable lives and hopeful futures for children who are abused, neglected or at-risk.

 

Tip Tap Room – The Ruby Rose

Hop off your Pride float and cruise into The Tip Tap Room for The Ruby Rose. Chef Brian Poe’s bar team is just a few steps away from the finish of the annual parade, so it’s easy to head over for a little of the hard stuff. This mix of vodka, Pamplemousse, rosemary, grapefruit, lemon, and Peychaud’s is finished off with a splash of Cava for a little extra sparkle to get you in the spirit.

 

Troquet on South – Popping Rita

Leather daddies (and everyone else) can head to the Leather District for a Popping Rita at Troquet on South during Pride Weekend. The spicy margarita, available on June 7th and 8th only, will be just the thing to quench your thirst after the parade, and the bar will be decked out in rainbows, rainbows, and just a few more rainbows to really set the mood.

 

View Boston – Pride Sangria

If you want to get an actual rainbow’s-eye view of the city this month head up to View Boston in the PRU for a Pride Sangria or two. You can make a toast to acceptance and equality while you’re 700 feet up in the air with their mix of white wine, vodka, raspberry, grapefruit, lemon, and soda water. It’s so tasty you might never want to come back down.

 

Waverly Kitchen & Bar – Sour Patch Slay

Fix yourself up pretty with a sweet-but-tart Sour Patch Slay cocktail for a little Pride pregame at Waverly Kitchen & Bar in Charlestown. The mix of Grey Goose Watermelon, kiwi, lime and basil tastes just like your favorite candies from back in the day, and if you’re feeling extra nostalgic it even comes garnished with a cute sour rainbow gummy to bring you back.

 

The Wellington – Purple Rein

Prince was never one to shy away from a little gender bending, and you can honor that vibe with a Purple Rein at The Wellington. Head to Belmont to try the mix of Empress Indigo Gin, elderflower, lime, prosecco float, and edible star-shaped sprinkles on top, which will set the mood for any Pride event, and pay homage to The Purple One at the same time.

Don’t hide yourself in regret, just love yourself and you’re set — that’s the vibe you’ll get at Woods Hill Pier 4 when you order a Born This Way.
