Make Meze at Sofra

Sofra

Much like Spanish tapas, meze are small, tasty plates that are perfect for mixing, matching, snacking and sampling – you can do all of the above at Ana Sortun and Maura Kilpatrick’s much-loved Cambridge bakery, Sofra. Up your culinary game and learn to make your own meze at their Meze – Small Dishes, Big Flavor class on Thursday, March 28th. Sign up here to master dishes like gigante beans with green olives, beet muhammara, and beef kofte with cacik sauce. Chef de cuisine Pri Paige will lead you through a demonstration of each dish, with plenty of time for tasting and questions, plus you’ll get all the recipes to take home. Class runs from 6:00 to 8:30pm, and tickets cost $130; Sofra’s classes do sell out very quickly so snap them up ASAP, and give them a call if you have any Qs at 617.661.3161
