After a long weekend of custies and clopens, treat yourself to a special industry-approved menu at SJ’s. Chef Sarah Wade and the gang are ready to wait on you hand and foot every week at Industry Mondays, with a lineup of comfort-food favorites and liquid refreshers that take the sting out of back-to-back doubles.
Take a peek at the lineup below, which is packed with brunchy bites served from 11:00am to 2:00pm like the Last Call McMuffin with smoked ham, provolone and a crispy potato situation, and the Flat-Sat Stack, featuring Southern fried chicken thighs between two sourdough pancakes with pecan maple syrup and whipped butter. The rest of the day has a little something for everyone, with $1 oysters, sourdough pretzel bites, cheese, pepperoni and Caesar bar pies, and the Clopen-Faced Burger stacked with bacon, spicy mayo, pickles, a sunny-side-up egg and tallow fries. The bar is also ready to do its part, pouring cocktails like the Smoke Break, I Don’t Know, Surprise Me and Something Light and Bubbly.
