You don’t need a plane ticket to get a little taste of the Côte d’Azur this fall. LPM Restaurant & Bar Boston is making its Northeast debut at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, bringing its French Riviera-inspired food, cocktails and signature splash of joie de vivre to the Back Bay. Reservations are already open, with breakfast, lunch and dinner service officially starting on Friday, September 25th.
Founded in London in 2007, LPM has since expanded around the globe with locations from Dubai and Hong Kong to Miami. The Boston outpost, located on the second floor of One Dalton, features a bright, art-filled dining room designed by Sagrada Studio and a menu from Head Chef Gabriela Guitron built around Mediterranean ingredients and French techniques.
Seafood plays a starring role, naturally, with signatures like warm prawns in olive oil and lemon juice, yellowtail carpaccio and lobster risotto alongside locally sourced additions like a seafood tower and salt-baked sea bass. You’ll also find escargots de Bourgogne, handmade gnocchi, lamb chops and LPM’s signature cheesecake and crème brûlée for dessert.
At the bar, the Tomatini, a savory combination of tomato, vodka and white balsamic vinegar, is LPM’s calling card, joined by drinks like the herbaceous Pablo and the Champagne-based Lettre à Coco, plus the booze-free Black Lemonade. The wine list keeps the Riviera theme going with French bottles alongside a selection of American wines.
LPM will be open daily for breakfast from 7:00-11:00am, lunch from 11:45am-2:30pm and dinner from 5:30-10:00pm. Hop over to their website to scope out the menu and poke around, or give their Insta a gander, then book a table and see what the newest addition to One Dalton has in store.
