The Melanoma Foundation of New England is throwing their annual Shades of Hope Gala on Tuesday, October 23rd at the Mandarin Oriental. Jody Adams of Trade and Rialto, Tim Cushman of O Ya and Michael Schlow of Radius, Via Matta, Alta Strada, Tico and Happy’s will be among the talented and charitable chefs providing their delicious bites for attendees to enjoy as they take part in the evening’s raffle and live auction. Gail Simmons of Top Chef fame will act as Mistress of Ceremonies for the evening which lasts from 6:30 to 10:00pm.
