Chef Andrew Hebert has a special retro Italian Alps-style menu filled with treats like Alpine Pizza (Prosciutto Crema, Potatoes, Fontina, Rosemary) and Baked Gnocchi (Fontina, Breadcrumbs, Truffle,); plus there’ll be a full-on cookie platter with Gingerbread, Ricotta Cookies and Pizzelle.
