Steak or Poultry Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy
  • 1 cup sweet sherry
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed with a knife
  • 1 ginger root with skin sliced lengthwise, about 1/4" thick
  • 1 medium white onion, quartered and broken apart
  • 1 pinch fresh crushed black pepper
  • 4 ounces vegetable

Directions

  1. Marinate 12 hours to overnight in refrigerator.
