Whether you’re looking for something special for your holiday table, or want to wash down one of chef Todd Bekesha’s Gulf Coast-inspired sandwiches, you’ll find some truly original drinks from small-scale, artisanal producers including Japas Brewing, a brewery founded by three Brazilian-born, Japanese descended women, and Malden-based brewery Idle Hands’ Kill Your Idles: Pluot, a slightly tart, sour ale with plum and apricot. There are NA drinks if you’re abstaining, too, and everything has been carefully curated by Nightshade Noodle Bar’s Alexandra Caruso, so you know they’re going to be good.
