The Smoke Shop in Assembly Row is rolling out a new Hard Hat Lunch menu geared toward hardworking folks who need a quick midday meal that won’t break their stride or their bank account. Every weekday from 11:00am to 4:00pm, pop in for a different $8 lunch special, available for dine-in or takeout along with the full Smoke Shop spread of sides, sandwiches, meats, and beverages if you need a little extra. Monday: Rib Sandwich with sweet sauce

Tuesday: BBQ Burrito (pork or chicken), with beans, cheddar, rice and salsa

Wednesday: Joe’s BBQ Meatloaf Sammy

Friday: Fried Green Tomato BLT
