It’s been a busy year for No. 9 Park’s chef-owner, Barbara Lynch. In addition to having her first child, she opened two new restaurants in the South End, (B&G Oysters and The Butcher Shop). You might expect the expansion to have wrought havoc but things are business as usual in the kitchen at No. 9 ~ the dishes on their spring menu are tastier than they are photogenic.
