On the heels of the original Young Guns dinner in May 2004, chef Marc Orfaly corrals the city’s culinary up-and-comers for Young Guns – Part Deux, a seven-course wine dinner at Pigalle on Sunday, January 30th. Host chef Marc Orfaly and chef Andy Husbands of Tremont 647 kick things off with passed canapés. The rest of the evening’s menu has been farmed out to guest chefs Pino Maffeo of Restaurant L, Dante DeMagistris, Anthony Susi of Sage, Gabriel Frasca of Spire and Tony Maws of Craigie Street Bistrot. Dessert will be in the hands of Pigalle’s own Stacy Klein. Young Guns – Part Deux starts at 6:00pm and costs $125 per person including wine (but not including tax and gratuity).
