Hunter's Instagram

Move over, dudes — the women are taking the reins at Hunter’s Kitchen & Bar on Wednesday, March 8th. Chef and South End native Katia Green, who’s currently the Sous Chef at Fox & The Knife, will be running the show for the night leading an all-female staff at the hunter’s lodge-style hangout in Southie from 6:00pm to midnight. Grab a reservation here to get in on a la carte bites like bone marrow toast with caramelized onions and Gruyère cheese; and duck sandwiches with roasted garlic rosemary aioli, watercress and chard onion jus. There will be a slew of special drinks to toast the crew and kick off Women’s History Month, plus Link x Lou, a permanent jewelry brand, will be bedazzling everyone from 6:00-8:00pm followed by Kim Cherry performing live from 9:00pm to midnight (you may recognize her from Season 16 of “The Voice”). Check out the menu below and follow Green on Instagram for some pics of her favorite plates.
