On Thursday, February 23rd, Caffe Tosca, little sister restaurant to Hingham’s famed Tosca, hosts a four-course wine dinner featuring Wines from the Veneto. The evening gets underway at 6:30pm with passed hors d’oeuvres and little bites followed by dinner. Courses include grilled shrimp salad with sylvetta, green apple, and persimmon; the Caffe Tosca version of a classic from Veneto – pasta with duck and bigoli; and pork braise with dry fruit and raisin dust.
