Wine Wednesdays at Se de la Terre

Chef Geoff Gardner and beverage manager Erik Johnson continue their popular weekly wine series this month – join them at Sel de la Terre every Wednesday for a culinary and viticultural exploration of wines from around the world. Each week Gardner and Johnson team up to create a perfectly complemented four-course meal for their Wine Wednesdays guests. Gardner’s recent menus have featured dishes like truffled cauliflower panna cotta with chive oil and grilled sourdough; smoked pork and apricot Tarte Tatin with fried sage; rosé coq au vin with stewed cherries, grilled endive and pearl onions. A cheese course and an a la carte dessert follow. Dinner starts at 7:00pm and costs $41 per person.
