Vodka Dinner at Tosca

Tosca in Hingham puts a new twist on the standard wine dinner – mixing it up a little with a Vodka Dinner on Monday, February 28th. To accompany the vast array of potent potables, chef Kevin Long will be whipping up a menu of Maine crab and cucumber salad (pictured at left); crespelle torta of smoked tuna, mascarpone and black caviar; slow roasted Delmonico steak with crispy potatoes and scalloped scallops; and white chocolate éclairs. The four course dinner costs $110 per person and will be paired with vodka based cocktails like a sparkling black cherry Ultimat vodka; a Ciroc Cosmopolitan and an Abolut Vanilla and Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate White Russian.
