Chef Nick Speros wants you to join him on Monday, November 10th at 197 East Main for a wine dinner featuring wines from the small but greatly esteemed Violette Imports. At 6:30pm, sit down to five courses from Speros: scallop ceviche with local crab and truffle tuile; day boat monkfish, braised pork belly, and French lentils (Speros’ version of surf ‘n’ turf); tender pork with bone marrow sauce and creamy polenta; herb-basted loin of venison, chestnut puree and heirloom apple; and mini chocolate Aphrodite with whipped crème fraiche.
