Victoria Abbott Ricardi Untangles Her Chopsticks at Ariadne

Chef Christos Tsardounis and wine director Kathleen Malloy welcome local author Victoria Abbott Ricardi to Ariadne Restaurant & Bar for an evening of culinary delights and literary inspirations from her most recent publication, Untangling My Chopsticks. From the kitchen, expect an array of small plates like panko crusted pork with sesame spinach; tuna tempura with seaweed, cucumber and wasabi and star aniseglazed beef shortrib with Thai basil and daikon. From the bar, expect sake inspired cocktails. The price for the event, which takes place on Monday, July 19th, is $50 per person, which includes the food tasting, a sake cocktail and a copy of Ricardi’s book.
