Viader Winery Dinner at Tosca

Winemaker Delia Viader of Napa Valley’s Viader Winery joins chef Kevin Long at Tosca for an exceptional dinner on Wednesday, April 5th pairing her award winning wines with Long’s Italian-inspired cuisine. This event will showcase multiple vintages of the Viader Proprietary Red Blend and Viader will share some of her experiences making the outstanding, award winning wines. For his part, Long will create five complementary courses including carpaccio of prime beef with caramelized muscovado sugar; sable fish with ragoût of escargot, sweet vegetables and chervil-garlic purée; tenderloin with morel mushrooms, comet’s tail pepper and first peas; and tropical fruit soup with caramel and vanilla.
