Veuve Clicquot Champagne Dinner at Ariadne

Join chef Christos Tsardounis and wine director Kathleen Malloy at Ariadne Restaurant & Bar when they team up Veuve Clicquot for a five-course champagne dinner on Monday, July 26th. To compliment the selected champagnes, Tsardounis has created a menu featuring dishes like Kumamoto oysters, tuna tartare and truffled crabmeat; chilled yellow tomato soup with lobster and toasted corn; beef carpaccio with golden beets and chive aioli; Vermont quail with baby fennel, peaches and thai basil; and crème brulee.
