Upcoming Harvest Review

Join wine director Stephen Sink for the next installment of the Harvest Review, ABC – Anything But Chardonnay/Cabernet Sauvignon on Wednesday, March 10th. Chef Eric Brennan and Sink will be putting their heads together to match food and wine for this education evening of food and wine. Among the five courses on the menu – seared diver scallop with foie gras melt and parsley root puree; smoked duck confit-sunchoke ravioli with grilled escarole, tomato coulis and shaved parmesan; and cold roast beef and 4-star Grafton cheddar with horseradish cream and grilled sweet onions.
