Want to be the host with the most this holiday season? Get a head start on your entertaining game at Two Pence Market‘s upcoming charcuterie board workshop on Saturday, October 24th.
From 2:00-4:00pm Tori Kinzel, Two Pence’s resident cheese and charcuterie expert and former owner of Buck & Bloom, the class will cover everything from selecting and arranging cheeses and cured meats to pairing accompaniments, mastering the basics of slicing and creating a spread that’s almost too pretty to eat. You’ll put your newfound skills to work assembling your own board, complete with four cheeses, three types of charcuterie and an assortment of garnishes and accoutrements. Each finished board serves two to four people, so you’ll have plenty to share (or keep all to yourself).
The afternoon workshop takes place on the patio at Two Pence’s Milton spot, and tickets are $80 per person, including your take-home creation.
