Reservations for Rialto‘s annual summer wine barbeque, Under the Cambridge Sun, are getting scarce – that’s why they’re adding another night. Inspired by chef Jody Adams’ upcoming culinary tour of Tuscany, the four-course dinner costs $75 per person and includes paired wines. On the menu for the evening: lobster with charred red and green tomatoes, and angel hair pasta; rib eye with potato-leek schiacciata; grilled scallops in radicchio and pancetta, and plenty of other Tuscan-inspired dishes.
