Tuscan Wine Dinner at Tosca

Chef Kevin Long has unveiled the menu for his upcoming Tuscan Wine Dinner, to be held at Tosca on Monday, February 23rd. Expect dishes like congiglioni pasta with forest floor mushrooms and thyme mascarpone jus; pork Milanese with spinach, sage, and pickled lampanscone; classic Bistecca alla Fiorentina with rosemary “Tuscan potatoes” (2” thick T-bone steaks rubbed with olive oil and sea salt, wood grilled and served sliced with platters of crispy potatoes); and finally, for dessert, biscotti ice cream sandwich with Nutella.
