Tosca’s Farmer’s Dinner

Using produce, meats and seafood from his favorite New England farmers and purveyors, chef Kevin Long marks the arrival of autumn at Tosca with a five-course Farmer’s Dinner on Monday, October 3rd. With courses like fall mushrooms and polenta, an end-of-the-season tomatoes tasting, and green apple crostata with vanilla bean ice cream and apple ice, the dinner highlights New England’s seasonal bounty from purveyors like Island Creek Oysters, Vermont Butter & Cheese Co., Ridgefield Farms and Eva’s Garden.
