Tony Coturri Winery Dinner at Oleana

Chef Ana Sortun welcomes winemakers from the Tony Coturri Winery in Sonoma to Oleana on Monday, February 21st for a Turkish style wine dinner showcasing their organic red wines. Dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, will start of with mezze plates of warm buttered hummus wrapped with basturma; skordalia with Jerusalem artichokes and black truffles; and sweet potato kibbeh stuffed with spiced feta cheese, followed by courses like grilled octopus with za’atar thyme, olive oil and lemon; Greek style roasted lamb with lemon and oregano, pita bread, onions with sumac, dried mint and cucumber sauce. Pastry chef Maureen Kilpatrick wraps things up with syrup soaked bread pudding with rose pistachio and thick cream. The four-course dinner costs $70 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
