The Inn at Castle Hill Guest Chef Dinner Series

The Inn at Castle Hill, in conjunction with Slow Food USA, welcomes some of the Boston area’s culinary luminaries to join them as part of their second annual Guest Chef Dinner Series. On Friday, February 25th chefs Amanda Lydon and Susie Regis of UpStairs on the Square head to the Crane Estate to prepare a four-course menu. Chef Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley’s Bistro follows suit on Thursday, March 10th. Mark your calendars for upcoming visits from chefs Tom Fosnot and Ruth-Anne Adams from blu at the Sports Club LA and Casablanca respectively, who will be in the kitchen on Friday, March 25th and chef Robert Fathman of Azure and Anthem, who makes an appearance on Thursday, April 14th. The dinners, which cost $75 per person, support the Slow Foods philosophy emphasizing consumption of seasonal, local foods.
