The Harvest Review

The Harvest restaurant in Cambridge pays homage to New England’s finest farmers and purveyors in their new monthly series, the Harvest Review. The five course tasting events will take place once a month from 6:00-8:00pm, and cost $35.00 per person, exclusive of tax and tip. Combining education and degustation, the October installment of the Harvest Review is scheduled for Wednesday, October 29th and will feature guest speaker and Mycologist Ben Maleson. Maleson will speak about his history with mushrooms, and about the specific mushrooms used in the evening’s tasting menu. For his part, chef Eric Brennan will be preparing five courses exploring the differences between types of mushrooms and demonstrating their versatility.
