Bomboa celebrates the arrival of spring on Thursday, May 1st, with the opening of their outdoor patio and their annual Spring-Tini party. Swing by 35 Stanhope Street after 6:30pm to sample their latest and greatest creations, among them: the Grapefruit Gimlet, the Strawberry Martini, the Blackberry Cosmo, the Trixitini, complete with its very own pixie stick and the Sour Patch Martini. Chef Felino Samson will be debut hors d’oeuvres from his Chino-Latino tapas menu.
