Sparkling Wine Harvest Review

The Harvest gets 2006 off to festive start with Pop, Pour, Yippee!, a Sparkling Wine Harvest Review with wine director Jason Irving. Make reservations for Wednesday, January 11th at 6:00pm when Irving pairs an assortment of sparkling wines with four courses from executive chef Keith Pooler and pastry chef Liz O’Connell. The menu for the evening, which costs a mere $39 per person, includes smoked salmon pizzetta with broiled oyster, crème fraiche, fine herbs, salmon caviar; Nantucket bay scallops with butternut squash, maitake mushrooms, glace de viande hollandaise; Sockeye salmon with tangerine, bulgar, upland cress, and champagne verjus; and chocolate truffles.
