Sonoma Wine Dinner at The Nightingale

The Nightingale invites guests to drop in on Tuesday, April 12th for a Sonoma Wine Dinner featuring wines from Merriam Vineyards in the Russian River Valley. The four-course tasting menu costs $65 per person and includes dishes from chef Michael Burgess like sea scallops with English peas and turnips; herb crusted rack of lamb with fava beans and mint; and rhubarb croustade with fig syrup and crème fraiche.
