Sip Savoy Wines in the South End

Who better to explore the Savoy region of France with than the pros at Petit Robert Bistro? The alpine region nestled near the Swiss border is known for fresh, crisp, floral and mineral-driven whites and light and fruity reds, and you can taste your way through the grapes at a three-course Savoy wine dinner on Wednesday, April 3rd. It’ll be just what you need to get this spring started off right.

Check out the menu below, which costs $60 per person plus $25 for the wine pairings. There’s Fondue Savoyard (muenster cheese fondue with garlic bread) paired with Romain Chamiot, Apremont; and Poelee Montagnarde (Braised chicken with andouille sausage, caramelized onions, spinach purée) & Port Salut cheese paired with Andre & Michel Quenard, Chignin, Gamay, plus there is also a vegetarian option if you’re going meatless.
