September Essence of Olives Dinner

On Tuesday, September 27th, executive chef Todd Winer celebrates everyone’s favorite fall fruit in another Essence of Olives Dinner. The monthly dinners celebrate a singular, seasonal ingredient via five delicious courses paired with accompanying wines. This month, Winer gets creative with apples.
