Second Saturdays at Grill 23 & Bar

Come autumn, Grill 23 & Bar inaugurates their hands-on cooking demonstrations and tastings, called Second Saturdays. Executive chef Jay Murray and wine director Alex deWinter invite guests to join them on the second Saturday of every month from 12:00-2:00pm for a cooking demonstration and wine tasting. They kick off the series on Saturday, September 11th with Boutique Beef 101 in which Murray will instruct guests on how to choose the best meat at the grocery store – what grades mean, which cuts are which and what to do with them once you get them home. deWinter will pair fantastic bold reds from the Grill’s award-winning collection no one will leave hungry.
