Chef Jay Murray and wine director Alex DeWinter welcome guests to Grill 23 & Bar for another Second Saturday on Saturday, March 12th. The March installment of their monthly food and wine tasting series turns its attention to Italy, teaching guests how to make (and taste) ciuppin of New England rock and shellfish; foraged mushroom risotto; braised Berkshire pork osso bucco and buttermilk panna cotta. DeWinter pairs Murray’s handiwork with bold and delicious wines from several regions. The educational tasting, which starts at 12:00pm, costs $65 per person.
