Say Adios to Summer at Sophia’s

Chef Jeffrey Fournier, whose acclaimed menu has added a whole new dimension to Sophia’s, invites a few friends over for one last rooftop summer BBQ. On Tuesday, August 31st Fournier welcomes chefs Eric Bogardus of Lucy’s, Edward Britt of Gourmet Caterers and Erwin Ramos of Ole Mexican Grill. Each chef will put his own spin on the fare for the evening ~ Fournier will handle Latin BBQ; Modern American BBQ will be left to Bogardus; Britt will add a little Asian flavor; and Ramos will add a Mexican twist.
