On Monday, October 20th from 7:00-9:30pm Ruth Anne Adams returns to the Linquist Commons kitchens to delight students with her easy going teaching style and mouthwatering Mediterranean cuisine. At Casablanca she has treated the menu as an opportunity to expand her Mediterranean repertoire. She plans to showcase some of her favorite fall dishes including: Fig and Blue Cheese Tart with Arugula and Walnuts, Wild Mushroom Risotto Cake stuffed with Fontina Cheese, Seared Skirt Steak Roulade with Roasted Herb Potatoes, and Warm Roasted Apples with Maple Cream and Shortbread.
