Ruth-Anne Adams at Dover-Sherborn

Chef Ruth-Anne Adams heads back to Dover-Sherborn High School, her alma mater, on Tuesday, December 7th to teach a class for the Dover Sherborn Continuing Education Cooking Studio. Adams will be demonstrating some of the signature Mediterranean dishes that grace her menus at Casablanca, including pureed Macomber turnip soup with Brussels sprouts and bacon; seared rosemary chicken sausage with smoky, French lentils; and olive oil poached shrimp with feta, roasted tomatoes and arugula. The class costs $40 per person and takes place at the Dover Sherborn Home Economics Room (that’s room 108) from 7:00-9:30pm on the 7th. Call 508.785-0722 to save your spot.
